Why Odyssey? My life has certainly been one. I have had huge successes and equally sized failures. My life has been intense and adventurous; consequently many body parts have been broken and/or rebuilt including a broken neck and back. All of these adventures and many more happened while I was in the staffing business. This business saved my life and gave me everything. My passion for recruiting and my desire to pass on what I have learned to as many people as possible is what inspired this blog. I will help people overcome all the obstacles and challenges of the job search.

Who needs a coach. Certainly not you; you know how to do it. Correct?

If you are going through a forced career change you need a coach if you are not a staffing and job search specialist.
* Are you a master interviewer?
* Do you always get second interviews for jobs you are qualified for?
* Can you prepare a perfect resume without help?
* Can you easily line up the interviews you want?
* Do you have plenty of opportunities in progress.
* Are you an expert negotiator?
* Have you mastered relationships with recruiters who are actually helping you?

If you answered "NO" to any two questions you, like most job hunters need your own specialist to guide you through the process and help you perfect each step. You do not do your own legal, accounting or medical so why not use a specialist for the most important event in your life?
