Mark, your clients are lucky to have you in their corner! The skills needed for a successful job search have changed radically in the past 2 years; coaches and organizations which provide transition support have to be on top of trends and fluid in content and delivery.

A recent Wall Street Journal article (http://online.wsj.com/article/NA_WSJ_PUB:SB125069793645343423.html) pointed out shortcuts some firms in the outplacement industry have taken. Luckily, I work for a firm that believes the client drives the process and we coaches (all full time employees) are there to provide individualized support - for as long as they need it.

Keep up the great work - you're transforming people's lives!
